I've tried but I'm unable to process speech when 2 people are talking over each other.
I have this problem even during large collabs.

Yeah, I have every live stream open at differing volumes, normally 1-2 at full volume and the rest muted. Basically a manual viewbot at this point and I'm not even sure if my view actually counts when multiple streams are open :)

I will sometimes watch 5 streams all in Japanese, some of them collabs, and understand all of them. I need them each at different audio levels so by loudness I can distinguish which stream is which. I have 2 streams of primary focus and 3 of background importance which I switch to primary importance when I sense a funny moment coming.
How was I able to achieve this? Training of watching 10 different perspectives of Apex scrims with 3 people in each team, with discord up + futabachan + 4chan + 5ch + multiple chat windows. Compared to that hell, watching 5 streams at once is doable (still requires focus). 3 streams at once is easy mode and basically autopilot no focus mode. I do this to fufill my desire to watch everything. I have an insatiable urge to witness it all. If I don't watch at least 3 streams at once, I won't have enough hours in the day to keep up with all the Vtubers I support. Even as I write this I have and am paying attention to both shuba and choco-sensei in the background. My life has become vtuber watching.
