One for each boob. Also, Youtube calculations don't truly kick in until past the 2 hr mark. Then, you'll probably have view audits since if you have multiple tabs open, I think the first 2 tabs that were open will get the views, and the others will be treated as bots and removed. It's how youtube works but at least it's better than Twitch which I don't think has removed views to my knowledge.
