I would follow her if she pulled a Coco and switched to a different rig and name, but I think that 1) Kiara is a big fan of hololive and big entertainment companies like it, and 2) I could be wrong, but I think there has been a dip in Kiara's numbers since council debuted, so she could also lose fans in the transition if that means KFP isn't all that dedicated on the whole. Yes, she does seem to curse and bring up un-seiso conversation topics more than the company would probably prefer, but it doesn't look like she has been punished for it, and she's largely been able to be herself. She also would probably like to do more collabs outside of the company than she has been able to, but she is still the collab queen even with that restriction, and that must give her some satisfaction.

There's literally 0 reward for her doing this. People talk about freedom, but Kiara isn't about breaking rules and never really has been. If you watch her streams, she is compliant like most krauts and understands the mechanisms of Japanese businesses. She may bemoan some of the workings of the company, but she wouldn't leave it unless forced out or if they did something extremely drastic that really threw her off.
Beyond that, as a gosling and consernfag, you should be rooting for her (general application to anygoslingfag's oshi) to get better. If there's no light at the end of the tunnel and your Oshi wallows forever, that's not fun or satisfying at all.

14 fucking people talking over each other with various personalities and one of them being a troon dragon using voice to speech. Those who were loud enough could just scream at the top of their lungs, while those who weren't familiar with the rest of the group, or were simply more "tame", like Pika and Pomu were quickly shunned into being silent throughout the entire collab.
Plus, there were a ton of tech issues. The entire thing was shit. In fact, it was so awful that nobody wanted to collab with zen anymore and he had a meltdown on twitter

You guys seriously need to stop viewing those wrong. They only take into account the payouts from Twitch, which are only in the form of subscriptions (of which a user like Nyan would get 60-70% of) and bits (which are 100% to the streamer, Twitch takes their cut from the user who buys the bits to donate), but does not appear to show ad revenue and would not include sponsorships, direct donations (equivalent of YT's "superchats"), merch, or any other revenue stream from Patreon etc. I don't know what revenue streams the Holos have beyond memberships and superchats (and payments from Cover) but by all accounts the revenue sources are greater for Twitch streamers by variety, and Twitch only tracks the two they pay out to the streamer.
