I feel like the collar of the clothing should be a tiny bit lower in the middle than the edges.
I assume the hair will still be shaded. It's looking very symmetrical so far too. Which is fine.
Will the eyes get redrawn too, including nice highlights?
The mouth should be nicely visible even if you zoom out, and maybe support iphone vectors.
Eyes could be slightly too far apart, but I'm unsure. Maybe it's just the missing inner edges.
Is your model naked under the clothing? It should be to make things easier in the long term.
Also let someone else (1) look over how the breasts are drawn. Particularly the edges ON the upper body near the armpits. Basically the outer edges on how the breast is drawn and connects to the body (should be slight s-curve-like). For the inner edges and if there's squish, I don't have recommendations, but it should look nice too.
There should be no edge in the curve switching from the upper body to the hip on the outer edge of the body.
It also feels like the whole body, including shoulders and hips might have a tiny bit less width than what you'd expect compared to the head size.

Asking another artist for their opinion on your character-design might not be a bad idea (maybe a different person than (1)).
