I love her design.
Her dress is clearly princess inspired, more noticeable on the full character sheet.
The height matches her irl and the princess theme matcher her well too since she's a sheltered innocent naive type girl.
There's a sailor uniform asthetic going on with the top too and to top it off the scale design and exposed navel gives it a more tropical beach feel and the shorts are hot and give her a more tomboy feel.
It's a design that really compliments Finana as a tomboyish sexy princess tropical mermaid.
Easily a 10/10 and one of the best of NijiEN as a whole.
Her crowna nd her flowers are very cute too and the shade of her hair is beautiful. Finana stands out a lot with a very unique and colorful design.

This is just my headcannon but I believe all NijiEN heights are adjusted after the girls get scouted regardless of avatar proportions. We know for a fact Fina is a midget in RL, Petra and Rose are literal kids and Pomu is pretty short too which would explain their height with the more "adult" proportions.
