So the exact details are unknown. Haachama had planned to drop a video on the 3rd or March which was expected to be the conclusion to the storyline she was doing. This had been planned for a while, going by the callendar with the date marked off in one of her earlier videos. However before the video could go live all of her videos relating to the story were privated. After a while she posted a video with some text in the description. There has been no word from her since, other than the tweet posted in the OP.

Some people have argued about whether she's being censored by Youtube or COVER, and there are arguments for either side. However if it was ONLY Youtube fucking her, one would expect her to be a bit more vocal about it on Twitter or other stuff. She's been completely silent.

If there is one thing I can say about the whole thing is that I hope haachama is talking to her co-workers like Coco and Kanata. I hope that they are providing her some support. This is my RRAT also. I think cover has some big official plans they are working towards that they feel needs the girls to be as clean as possible. Haachama literally invented new lore and remade her character on her own will.
