That doesn't make it just or right. Cover should if they are principled pressure her to stream or quit, but the thing is, they also make free money just as much as she does from this. They get a cut of her income and memberships and if there is nothing at all for her manager to even do besides set up a song cover once every few months, well there is no overhead to running Ayame pretty much as the manpower helping her can generally go towards other chuubas. It's a win win for both her and them.

So in essence the key to force her to change somehow, in any way, is to stop giving her money to do nothing at all. It is beyond fucking ridiculous.
