Honestly the best thing to get into a proper sleep schedule is to set an alarm to get up to every day of the week and to never take naps. Whenever I needed to fix mine in the past I did that and it lasted until I went to some social gathering or something that made me stay up way later than I usually do.

The issue is now she has goals that go beyond that, she wants to still stream but she also wants to produce more creative content which takes a ton more time and preparations.
