If there is an ongoing issue behind scenes I doubt we'll be told much more, Peko is generally very good at/feels bad about letting her emotions and feelings spill out about serious stuff. There's been more than one occasion that she's said something along the lines of "I don't want to cry in front of you guys", especially earlier this year during that mengen over her rejected project(s). Pretty much every holo has the attitude to an extent, especially wrt to their Holo streams(see Rushias hamster, I'm sure she doesn't mention it again on Rushia and only vaguely during the Twitcast because she's worried she'd be a bother), but Pekora strikes me as especially tight-lipped to where she won't let anything slip about that kinda stuff.
I still have the pet theory that Pekora's decision to stop reading all superchats besides akasupa stems from that given what she said back then. Obviously other holos do similar for time and personal reasons but Marine, Pekora, and Rushia seems to have always had their fair share of butting heads with management, and Pekora seems to be the one that'd be the most hard-headed about such a thing(not in a bad way, love the bun)

I think Rushia's particular circumstance is that her papa seems to love to spoil her so that probably makes these types of things happen more easily. I'm glad Pekora at least has Hikosan for props.

Anybody else randomily get involuntary urges everyday to need to immediately be with and see Rushia that completely overwhelms everything else? I have a different take on this, although it's pretty much a product of my baggage. Rushia saved me from becoming an awful person after my fiancee cheated on me. I thought I'd never trust people again and somehow over and over again Rushia has managed to genuinely be the person we see her as, even when I try to poke holes. It never holds water. She's the only person I've ever found in this world that makes me believe that honest authentic love exists, and showed me that it's fucking bulletproof.
Rushia was willing to dignify what most people call unrealistic expectations for somebody you love when I needed that most, so while it's hard for me to not look into stuff, she has proven to me over and over and over again that she is more trustworthy than most of the rest of the world put together, and I'm genuinely no longer phased by the majority of this bullshit because it just becomes so easy to see the holes in all of those bullshit narratives after seeing them ripped to pieces over and over again.
I trust Rushia, but I also love that that trust isn't empty or fictive and meant to preserve my own mental state. I finally feel safe loving somebody who I know won't do anything like that.

How do you guys actually use Tweetdeck to keep activity?
I never used it before, it just looks like an overly complicated in-browser tab system, not sure how I'm supposed to use it for grabbing activity while not letting it be deleted by updates

you just add a bunch of columns (of tweets, likes, etc) and have the browser open. It auto updates without you needing to refresh and doesn't delete anything (until you refresh). Only times you miss something is if you're computer is off/in sleep mode or if you for some reason hit F5 before looking at stuff.

Twitter basically just pulls the stuff once and puts it in the cache where it will stay until the cache get's refreshed. Twitter isn't sending anything out to remove deleted tweets etc from your cache. The tweet is just gone when you try to load the tweet again in any form. This is pretty much also true for the mobile app just that the app has forced reloads after a while, but i could pretty much watch the video she posted once for nearly the whole day since that was in the cache of the app.
