The problem with that is that most of all the left-to-do "wannabe idol" things are pretty much outside her personal control.
Primarily the big "milestone goal" for every new Holo talent, that is the 3D debut, is held up by external circumstances, both on a macro level (covid making japan travel harder) and on a micro level (Cover company retardation, even if the borders were open tomorrow and all of Myth could be in Japan next week, you can just expect that the corporates at HQ have been sitting with their thumbs up their asses the whole time and 3D models wouldn't be ready for another few months, for "some reason", hell they can't even get a simple live2d update out in time).

Everything else "idol like" she continues to do, and she's the most idol like in all of EN at that. She has lots of songs out, both covers and originals (second only to the actual "music-making" girl of myth), and she continues to do them (new ones coming soon!) even if, unlike Mori who probably made a pretty profit from topping the charts with her music, in Kiara's case it's most likely just a pure passion project that brings in only marginal money (if it doesn't end up even being a loss most of the time), yet she continues to do it, just because she wants to, and chasing that "dream" is very "idol like" in a sense. Other than that, she's also so happy to be doing many conventions and events, to interact with fans in this "idol like" way.

I don't know what else or what more "idol"ish she could realistically do, again I understand the frustration that the biggest and most idol-like thing that a Holo can have (3D debut, concerts, Holofes, the works) is unfortunately currently not possible as simply as for the JP talents, but it's not like she isn't doing everything else she can as an idol. And yeah, promoting stuff is also part of the job, sure it might not be the most exciting for every listener, but hey I'm still grateful that she's at least recognized enough to be given these opportunities in the first place, and that too is part of the idol journey.

Anyone who's not steeped in decade old forums grudges or tribalist consolewar "drama" (so, anyone remotely sane) just saw two anime girls having a cute, if slightly nervy on pink's part, inoffensive game collab, and le ebin final yab still hasn't happened as a result of it. The "worst" thing you can say is that it was slightly forgettable, because the occasion (omg, two talents from the biggest english vtubing groups finally collabing, ooooh and their "fans hate each other", how ~spicy~) made it seem bigger than it really was in the end, which was basically just the "usual" (uneventful harmless game and small talk collab between two strangers). Yes, all songs other than fresh entries are shown growth on a Sunday to Sunday period. New covers have a little bit of extra time depending on which day they were released. Kiara "lucked out" with Vampire becuase it was released on the same day the chart was released, so it had almost the maximum amout of extra time you can get in this system.

Not really, GMs worth their salt can include anyone in any campaign lorewise and Mori can run a campaign no problem in that aspect.
The problems in my opinion come gameplaywise. First of all, powerlevels are out of whack and mostly made up on the spot depending on how hard the team is jobbing and since Mori uses character sheets that are suited for more veteran players, they always job. Kiara made a combat-oriented character and for one reason or other she can't fight most of the times properly (including, but not limited to: getting Uhu separated from her, getting her sniper rifle separated from her, having to face enemies that shrug off her attack or just impervious to it or just not having opportunities to play a combat encounter at all), effectively playing with a gimped dice pool 95% of the time. To be fair, I feel like the other character sheets are kind of useless as well outside of base stats, as it is a very roleplaying-puzzle focused campaign, it just feels especially bad for Kiara and her character, moreso if you consider that she was the one who did her homework properly when they sketched up their initial plans at the character creation.
Again, this is just a personal frustration, and Kiara still does well in the game due to the fact that she's very goal-oriented and can take leadership easily. If you enjoy the roleplaying aspect of TTRPGs, you'll most likely have fun, but for me who's a bit of a minmaxer, game-focused type, some flaws are very glaring.
