Lore and concept of Council

>Mumei - Civilization, Knowledge - design is an owl since owls have always been in relation with wisdom and Knowledge
>Baelz - The very concept of Chaos - a fucking rat
you might be thinking why its a rat, well because cover, in their infinite wisdom thinks that a rat being chaos is a major nod to, thats right you guessed it, Rrats. lets look at the lore description.

Like the rrats, rrats are full of chaotic narratives and similar to the concept of Baelz, she prefers to be hands-off like how a narrative is just a rumour with no basis, but even then her fellow council members have no intention of contending it or "ogey-ing" it and instead believe the rrat.

Which is funny, because actual owls are FUCKING STUPID. Owls are the dumbdumbs of the bird world. Not only is a lot of their head devoted to eyeball space instead of brain space, the brains themselves are heavily skewed towards sensory processing rather than problem solving. Owls are fantastic hunters, but TERRIBLE thinkers.

Having huge eyes is also why they developed their crazy head turning abilities - since they can't move their eyes, they just move the entire head further to compensate.

She went from being a normal detective, to giving herself the ability to time travel, then she switched that to the ability to being able to travel between dimensions. Worst of all she self-inserted herself into Kornii's lore, and neither one of them have come to a consensus on how that works, so if you ask them how they've interacted the past you'll get two different stories
