The E4 not so much, maybe on Platinum as they have improved teams but they're still manageable, but Cynthia has always been a monster of a trainer and it has definitely wiped thousands of trainers as her team is well balanced and with good moves and even in the originals her team had perfect IVs but neutral natures.
