Then VShojo (the talent) got mad at him for it because they feel it threatens an ongoing investigation and ask him to take it down. Nux doesnt take it down right away so after a few days of pleading they go public. VShojo (the company) deletes their original statement because they can't appear in disagreement with their talent. Nux takes down the video because this has all gone public now.
