Mori is my favorite to listen to but I might be biased. I really like listening to her stories from the past or listening to her while she explains her lyrics or while she is drawing.

Gura I have an unhealthy crush on and among the many things I love about her is her voice. Especially her tired, deeper voice.
When she starts talking in that low, kind of husky sounding voice it just does something for me man. I love her normal voice too.
Ina has a super cute voice and is just so relaxing. She's a very close second behind Gura. It so nice listening to Ina talk even if I'm
just doing something else and flat out not paying any attention.
Ame has a nice voice too, she makes a lot of fun little autist noises and her singing is mediocre at best but it somehow makes it cuter.
Calli's normal voice is nice but I'm not a big fan of her cutesy anime girl voice. I like bro voice Calli.

Kiara's voice screams happiness to me, and keeps me energized. I wish she would speak a bit lower at times tho, it's nice to have variation.
Calli is definitely unique and very not-idolish and I love her for that. Makes her feel authentic.
Ame can be a bit shrill at times with lots of "ess" sounds, but it's also very sexy in a way I can't really describe

Mori is my oshi but she has a few different "modes" of speaking, Like there's teacher mode, autist mode, shy mode, normal mode, rapper/gangster mode etc, etc. I like them all but some are hit or miss, whereas Gura almost always sounds lovely to listen to, just a really unique and soothing voice. Ame is just sort of meh, below average in terms of hololive voices, she can sound cute when she wants to though. Kiara is self explanatory, but now we get to Ina.
Ina's voice is like, really nasally? But it's almost never brought up? I don't watch her all that much but when I do it's really hard for me to ignore just how nasally her voice sounds, it's difficult to ignore. I believe she's talked about having some sort of nasal problem before but I've only inferred that from anons here I haven't seen a clip of her talking about it herself. How do Tako's not notice the nasallyness?

Calli's is the most pleasent to listen to. She'd be second place if Ina talked with her real voice more, her "Ina voice" isn't bad but when she drops it the differentce is notable and she just sounds more relaxed and comfortable when she does.

Chikin's is regularly more high-pitched, than her normal voice, that's also public knowledge from that one stream. I wish she'd also use her natural one much more, bc the chicken noises can get really irritating sometimes.

I like all of EN's voices except Kiara's character one. Kiara's character voice is at just the right pitch to trigger my tinnitus after prolonged listening.
I have the same mic as Kiara, and I think she's using the mids boost setting on it. That setting helps make your voice sound louder (she did say she wanted a cloudlifter to boost her voice more, which is generally required for this mic), but it is known to mess up the pitch of some vocals and even make it sound harsh.
