The sub cull of old is not the same as this new type of cull.

The old cull was basically an account scrubber that removed "inactive"/"passive" accounts from database/channels. Those are the -1000 that you sometimes see in Holos with less than 1M subs. The NuCULL is an extension of the spam viewer AI system that kills subs based on channel growth performance.
