Since Mahjong is gambling, there is a system in place to determine who gets how much money at the end. All you need to keep in mind is that we'd have to make an online/nasfaq version of that, the outline is that you pay for 30,000 points in-game and start with 25,000 because that's the table fee. About having our own NASFAQ version of Mahjong, how hard would it be? I'd be thrilled for us to have our own in-built thing (I know it'd be a lot of work), I think it'd bring more people in or at least liven up the game. Although, it brings the same problems of the auction update (money laundering) so it'd probably be best if we cap the maximum stake at something reasonable, perhaps $1,000,000. That way, you can still earn a bit of money but you won't be able to funnel large amounts of money in a short amount of time. For laundering, it wouldn't be worth the time spent. As I said, I'm tired. I might be talking out of my ass here

Generally speaking after the game ends and the points are tallied, there's also a placement bonus/penalty, and you can see the final +/- "points" at the end. These should be the thing that's translated into money - such as, 1 of those points is worth $100,000, meaning that if you were to completely wipe the house with 63000 points and someone else ending in the negatives, you'd get ~$5M. Second place might get around ~$200k in this example, while third and fourth lose ~$2M and ~3.2M respectively. Those rates can also be lowered, of course.

It really doesn't and that does not justify it in anyway. It also doesn't change the fact that anons stop browsing the thread and posting in it because of it.
