In the case of hololive, everyone is doing a high pitched voice. In Japan there doesn't seem to be the same pressure to pitch lower a naturally high voice, the opposite in fact. Towa is the best example.
This applies to HoloEN too because their audience is weebs.

This is interesting because Gura specifically puts on a "deeper" voice compared to what she did before hololive.
In most cases it's just a performance thing, streamers don't talk like they do on stream all the time, everybody knows that.
Sometimes it's to play a character like Risu or Luna, sometimes it's due to self consciousness like Towa...
But some of them don't put on a voice at all like Botan or Shion or presumably Coco.

I think it is fair to say they aren't Marxism in practice, as Marx believed that the utopian endgame for the world was a world without currency or government. Then, once such a thing is normalized among, say, twenty years of people, a solar flare or mass-extinction-causing asteroid hits the Earth wiping the grid all of that was built on away. What then?

Most are putting their voices a little bit higher than usual but it doesn't mean that the occasion they use a super deep voice is their real voice slipping out. You can usually hear them strain harder to keep a deep voice than they ever would to keep a high voice.

I have met a lot of girls that have a natural high pitch. Especially the short ones. It even goes even higher when they are elated or acting cute. There are a lot of vtubers that do not have a high pitched voice. Most are actually good singers like Inui Toko, Saotome, Melissa, Ryushen, and Ange from Niji. Okayu, Towa and Mori as well.
