It is just so hard to compete with Minecraft. The fact that ARK managed to pull in so many from Hololive was pretty much a miracle.
Minecraft is well known, easy to get into, played by pretty much everyone, and has also had a decade(?) of development. It is very hard to compete with that because you are basically hedging your bet on early access trash.
But as you said, there is only so much Minecraft one can play before it starts getting boring. And while she can definitely tune into it still, it feels obvious to me she is cutting them shorter than they would otherwise have been a few months back.

Just as an example, the Pekoland stream was pretty damn quickly finished and while she definitely has a lot of plans for the project it won't really mean much unless she puts work into it because she is very good at saying she wants to do stuff and then never committing.
And as another example, the stream where she had to play single player for a while because the server was dead, that one also ended abruptly after she got access to the server again and instead she went ahead to play Makaimura.
But then again she isn't the type to start something and leave it unfinished, so the fact that she started on Pekoland might mean she will actually dedicate the time to it

Sounds more to me like you are saying that when you don't hear the words you don't understand you feel like you understand the sentence better since you don't get hung up on these words.
