It depends a bit. If you already have streaming experience, especially as a vtuber, you are already somewhat adjusted. Plus if you have a certain passion you can start off strong in that area. Some will really develop a persona, find a strong group dynamic, maybe their work ethic gets stronger or tone down an irritating aspect. But it is a minority that completely transform and come into their own. No one stays the exact same but there is a ballpark unless they completely rebrand. It is easier for a diamond in the rough to come into their element, and you'll see that sparkle early on.
