It's hardly surprising. She probably ate too much, or they all went out, or the sheer excitement and general busyness of the visit tired her out. It isn't even uncommon. My guess is she's just generally tuckered out and will be back up in a day or two. Stuff like this happens even to healthy people, yet alone to a frail hikki waif.

She does have a huge problem with food though. That's well known as well. She simply isn't eating healthy or good enough, and I'm assuming that being American she's totally unaware of various simple things that can give her strength and vitamins. Above all buying into the vegetarianism and veganism meme is just a slow kind of suicide, and buying vitamins, supplements and so on just makes you a chump and a piggybank for corporations. Basically this isn't even strictly related to Gura but to Americans as a whole, who seem to eat complete shit (fast food) and think it's real food or worthless matter (vegetarianism) that can't do shit for our species since the times of Homo Erectus in its later stages. It's either that or buying into the science meme and consuming worthless pills, powders and whatnot.
