Your idea sounds like way too many ideas being mashed together. The best board tans tend to be simple archetypes that can relate to the board vaguely while being flexible enough for a large number of jokes (/v/ literally just being an angry guy and that's it, /vr/ just being "80's rad guy gamer", /co/ just being a fedora trenchcoat capeshit nerd with an inflated ego, etc etc)
You also brought up /pol/ and /k/ as good examples of board-tans when /pol/'s tan has never been super consistent outside of hating jews and /k/'s rarely sees use (though realistically the only way your board-tan is going to see love is if they have some connection to /v/-tan or /co/-tan, since those are the two board tans that see the most consistent oc output)

Obviously the most important thing to rely on is board culture. Some board-tans are more complicated with in-jokes, i.e. /vp/ being two separate -tans for Smogonfags and casuals, /cgl/ being both a lolitafag and a cosplayfag, etc. I do agree that simplicity is good, but considering /vt/'s board culture is basically a bunch of twitch simps and vtuber wannabes it would make sense to have the board-tan be one in theory.

I'll be honest in saying that I don't care a great deal for board-tans, I think it's a joke that's run its course and I sure as hell don't believe that every board needs one. That said, if you guys are serious about making one that can last (and I do think that /vt/ has enough of its own culture that it could possibly warrant one) instead of making a flavor of the month thing that people will forget fairly quickly (I was around for /vrpg/'s board-tan's creation and I still can't for the life of me remember what they decided on), I'd suggest honing in on and determining two key characteristics early on.

I think that adult male or loli could work in this case, depending on what you wanted to lean on. That said, I think loli would make more sense in this instance as a homage to our roots as a /jp/ derivative. Even now many aspects of our board culture can be traced back to our origins in /jp/, so it just makes sense to me to make another loli our board tan. Ultimately though this is contingent on the next characteristic:

Just consider one, overarching theme that represents the board as a whole. For /v/, it was anger, for /a/, it was waifufaggotry. I personally think that the one trait that best describes /vt/ is its seeming obsession with schizophrenia. Rrats are also fairly important to the culture, so I'd probably throw in something about being a rrat obsessed schizophrenic as well.

So there you go, one possible route to go with the board-tan would be to make /vt/ a schizophrenic loli with a rrat theme, coming up with inane and insulting narratives about vtubers that she proceeds to watch anyway. Maybe even give her some sort of tattered royal getup, make her the "Rrat King".
It's not the only thing you could do for /vt/, but my point is that it's probably best to just hone in one one or two easy to understand key features and let the character grow organically from that. If you can find a compelling way to link her to a more popular board-tan in the process, then more power to you.
