How would you define this kind of chuuba?
For me probably someone who could banter with chat but not an obnoxious asshole. The ability to give legitimately genuine and good advice on things would be cool too.
Are there any good existing Chuubas like this? pls help me out

Chuubas aren't your friend. Go make friends offline, or at least in online spaces where you have equal footing. Don't fall into the parasocial trap.

Have heard good things about Luca will check him out

I know that the extent of our relationships will always be surface level or superficial but having/making friends nowadays has become harder I think my development got stunted a lot because of covid and lockdowns. I only converse with family consistently or the occasional store employee when I need to. I just want someone outside of that even if it's only a simulation of conversations I once had with old friends.

She's funny and chatty but my Japanese is at too shitty a level to understand most of what she says.

There are sooo many better ways to do that than engaging in a parasocial relationship with a streamer, even if you're averse to doing meatspace semi-social hobbies outside your own home. Persistent online games, fandom circles, VRChat are just a few options.

I remember Vox giving good advice to some incel in his first stream
And he's a certified bro that puts off some of his female fans even

Oliver Evans. He has a lot of free-chats and will answer your advice while also not being pandery. You can talk to him in English. He loves chatting

she was one of those girls that you probably wouldn't want to date, so she was instead a stinky twitch gremlin gamer bro.

I just don't think I'm ready for that again. I don't want to pop into discords or random groups only to leave eventually. I'm more comfortable with streams. I do the bare minimum things IRL at the very least I guess.

I will check them out too but if there are Indies that people can recommend since Corpos tend to have really populated chats that would be cool.

any specific reason you want it to be a chuuba? alot of meat streamers fit this criteria, you're limiting yourself for no reason imo

Mostly because they typically share interests as well with anime shit. But I really only got to watching streams because of them. I wasn't really an avid watcher of real-life streamers. Real-life video/short-form content creators yes but not their streams if ever.
