Because small corpos need to be seen in the first place. Nijisanji has a lot more visibility than any of the small corpos even if they are eclipsed by Hololive in the EN scene. The men don't entirely have the same audience as the women. They have a little overlap in audience so it's hard to promote them with trickling an audience to them through collabs and such. Also I don't know the reach of Tsunderias ad campaign compared to the one for Nijisanji which can partially explain why they got the attention. There are plenty of ESL and non-english speakers that watch these men as well thus the Niji men could have easily benefited from the current Niji JP men audience/pedigree.
