Oh I didn't notice the other questions. it would bother me much less if it wasn't during a Christmas karaoke stream. It's not the place for a song shitting on church, save it for another time. I'm not even religious, but I find it cringe. I don't know what Mr Brightside is and I don't really watch HoloEN all that much, so I have not seen other members sing that.

I guess the reason I pick on Kiara here is that she's the only HoloEN I've watched to any substantial degree. She should technically be one of my favorites, but every now and then she does some extremely cringe thing. I don't hate her, these behaviors just piss me off because I really do want to like her. Learning to filter and be more mindful is something she really needs to work on.

I purposefully avoid her streams and collabs because of her annoying voice.

Take Me to Church is blatant anti-Western civilization garbage...the song is gay lyric-wise but the video is literally the whole "KKK guys kidnapping some homos and killing them" or whatever shit. It is emblematic of what people are complaining about when they complain about SJW's. Granted, Kiara is dumb enough I could believe she doesn't know that. The reason songs like that spread so easily is because of people like Kiara.

On the other hand, her singing it to celebrate a pagan festival does seem appropriate, it's just not to my taste but I don't like karaoke.

I didn't watch the karaoke, I only knew that was her encore because she tweeted about and even I, who am used to her being an SJW was genuinely shocked at it but maybe only because it didn't fit the Christmas theme at all unless it was intended to be a shot at religious people.
