she seems like a real devoted fan, who actually likes Kiara (as opposed to say only in it for the commission money, no shame in that but obviously prefer the first one), so that always makes her good in my book.
Stylewise, my sensibilities favor a more "cool" type over the rather girly/fluffy style she draws, so while it's not my ultimate favorite, I still like it because I can admit it's high quality at least.

As for her becoming a vtuber herself, sure why not, at least she can try it and maybe it works out. I'd only caution because being a good artist alone is not a sufficient reason to also be a good vtuber, the most important thing is having general entertainment qualities that can capture an audience for a longer time, than just "she can draw, you know?" alone which can only carry you so far. And I have nothing to base my assumptions off whether she has general entertainment qualities, but of course she can just try. Other than that, she also seems like kind of a menhera (but that seems to be par for the course for artists in general), so that could be a detriment like for example Rurudo-sensei who has the occasional melty and is very on-and-off about her vtuber activities.

That'd be stupid (but again, artists are not known for seeing things rationally), because Kiara spreads her love around wide enough so that everyone should feel appreciated, and if they want more attention, they should just draw more of her instead. Kiara is one of the best in keeping all of "her people" close and occupied, she commissions so much stuff that no artist alone could do all of it, so everybody gets a piece of the pie, and she basically holds up the KFP economy all by herself.

Outside of some legit crazy who you'd likely not want being a fan artist, I think any recognition is enough for most artists. I know exposure is a meme with artists, but even those simply in it for the money benefit at lot from just a regular retweet. Never mind becoming a personality on stream which the only other case of I can remember in the whole of EN was Ame and Walfie. Everyone does support fan artists to varying extent but I don't feel like everyone has a guy for stuff the same way Kiara does. Kiara is pretty much your meal ticket if you want someone showing off your art or videos on stream.

No, idk, it's hard to describe, but Korean to me sounds soft and rounded, Japanese has a lot of hard stops and high pitched endings that, for me personally, make it annoying to listen to for extended periods. My only experience listening to lots of Japanese is Hololive and my only experience listening to lots of Korean is Squid Game, and I prefer the sound of Korean. I really wouldn't expect her to be so good or quick at picking up korean (as to, an actual somewhat fluent improvisational speaking level, not just parroting a few memorized 101 stock phrases) as she was with japanese back in ze day.
First of all just for the simple natural fact that you tend learn things faster when you're younger and your brain generally slows down as you age (and yeah, we may not think of late twenties vs teenager being much of a difference, but neurologically it really does matter for skill aquisition ease).
Second, we only have a really limited "sample size" to say if she's "actually gifted" at picking up languages, or just "got lucky once" with japanese due to special circumstances. That came at a time in her life when she was HIGHLY motivated to learn japanese, due to being a gigaweeb and eventually wanting to make it in Japan as an idol. So she "practiced" it by basically brute force, what with having talking streams for hours almost daily on nnd, and this sort of disciplined repetition is key (especially when you're an amateur self-learner and don't go through a structured formal class setting), and then of course she capped it off by actually living in Japan for a good while, so getting a heavy dose of immersion to further ingrain the language in her.
With korean, her motivation is on much more volatile ground. Nevermind the fact that nowadays she simply doesn't have the time to do the same full-on brute force learning method she did successfully with japanese, and maybe she's also not the type to learn well with formal instruction either, her motivation is almost solely reliant on the recent influx of korean viewers and her wanting to pander to them. But should they not stick around (and going from past experiences of similar fotm meme audiences and foreigner pump'n'dumps with other chubas, you have to at least consider it a probable possibility), her main reason for learning goes poof, and with it her motivation to stick around expending the effort to "waste time" on something that doesn't bring the "reward" (attention from target audience) anymore and she'd go back to her default state of watching netflix with cats instead.
