So the new year outfit settled down, except for our Nephilim. As an Irystocrat, Ina won me over for the best outfit. Sure, I could point out a better design to anyone else. They do eventually shill themselves, but you need to get enough people giving them a first listen to get to that point. I don't think IRyS necessarily needs to be directly telling people to go listen to her music (though she should do it as much as she's willing to, every little bit helps), just exposing it to her wider audience by playing it on stream or performing it live would be enough. Problem is, she hasn't really done much of that either, at least not effectively.
Playing the crossfade/latest MV every stream is a good idea, but she only plays it at the end of the SC reading section so she's only exposing it to people who are already dedicated fans. If she were to play it between the main section and SC, it would be more effective at catching the attention of her less dedicated audience. Playing it every time she needs to take an idol meeting would also help.
She should really be performing her songs live more often too. She's sung One Last Kiss twice as often as she's sung any one of her original songs. I know she's said before that she was unsure about whether she had permission to sing them, but she really should have pushed harder on getting that clarified so she could sing them more than once every 3 months. She had the chance to advertise SoJ by singing it live to a whole bunch of tourists during the New Years relay but she didn't do it. The 6 month anniversary stream was a step in the right direction though, I hope to see her sing an IRyS original at least once every 2-3 karaoke streams. She has enough of them now that it won't get repetitive even if she did one every stream.

Their managers could be helping out a lot with the little things and its something I noticed huge with Bae. Baewatch episode 2 came out and if you didn't catch it on release you would never know since its buried behind her daily stream uploads. Same thing with the cover song she released. It did pretty well on week 1 but then just died in views because it got buried in her catalog. Instead she should have a separate Baewatch and songs playlist on the homepage of her youtube channel for easy access.

Oddly enough this is actually something IRyS is pretty good at. Her original songs and Cover songs are featured in their own playlists so you don't have to go digging through her streams to find them.
