It's certainly possible that most of this shit happened. I don't watch 2view vtubers but I did watch some 2view streamers on Twitch years ago. Most of them got very clingy if you visited a couple of their streams.

I'd feel obligated to chat in the chat if I was watching a 2-view. I love my Oshi, and I love the occasional attention I get from her, but as much of a parasocial relationship I'm in with her, I know it isn't real at the end of the day and the inability for her to reply to me directly constantly keeps a nice barrier in reminding me of that.

Yes I mod multiple chuubas. I have been sent special thank you messages in private. I have no expectations of getting any closer, Stopped giving them money outside of subs. It's not, I watch & donate to a few smaller chuubas because I do like the smaller streams and the added chat interaction with them, but I have 0 belief that it will ever lead to anything beyond public stream/twitter/discord conversations.
Actually trying your idea would take a lot of time building up a viewerbase + a good amount of $ getting a good model and vocal lessons since my voice is annoying, and it's all for a hope that they'll collab with a male chuuba & that we'd hit it off. Aussie signed up for a SEA/Chink run english speaking vtuber corp Projek Hikayat as their first and only Vtuber, Duroppu Charming.
A few months later they hire a 2nd one, who then proceeds to harass Duroppu constantly and hogs up pretty much all of managements support. Management even joins her in multiple occasions in harassing or belittling Duroppu.

Half of this happened while Duroppu was literally hospitalized for weeks because she has some sort of serious illness that is made worse by high stress, and the harassment triggered a flare up.
She kept defending the company while hospitalized until she was released and they forced her to cancel her return stream in favor of the new girls sub milestone celebration stream that the new girl only scheduled a day after the return stream was scheduled.
Because of the way the contract was written she fully owned the rights to the character IP/rigging etc, so she quit and went indy as the same character.
Shes a 10-30 view and streams somewhat infrequently right now, about once or twice a week. I highly suggest giving her a chance if just because she had hideous luck singing up with such a shit black company. People like to joke about black companies but this one was legit pitch black.
