Vtubing companies come and go and die out. Like Mirai Akari and Friends or Kizuna AI. And eventually Hololive.

If the next big vtubing corpo is reading this, please use this guidelines:
1) You are a corporation, not a group of friends screwing around
2) Your talents must stream minimum 4 times a week. never use their corporation's official accounts and assets for personal use, NEVER involve in politics, they are entertainers. This is bound by contract.
3) Talents must severely diminish activity in their side accounts if not entirely
4) Never stream at buttfuck hours in the middle of night
5) Vtubers belong to the fandom and they need to accept the idea of lewd content and manage it in a sophisticated manner (i.e. "I like big bouncy boob onee-sans" instead of "omg this dude's dick's smegma and semen stinks like ass xd"
6) Social media is for announcements and related manners. Not for socializing and hinting with e-celebs or other companies.
7) Be strict with the artists avatars and riggers, don't just accept art because it's just from a popular artist. And accept fan submissions for new outfits, since they often turn far better than official ones (See Gyaru Okayu)
8) Cut ties with China
9) Quality over quantity. Holomyth proved 5 people are more than enough.
10) No males
11) Never pander to speakers outside English, Japanese or this and that north-western European languages and even maybe Korean.... In short do NOT pander to spics, SEAniggers or HUE monkeys because they will shit up chat for weeks like they did with Korone and Coco.
12) Keep to minimum or avoid low effort garbage like superchat reading, watchalong and just chatting
