But, games can be art. They can convey a thought, feeling, and intention. They can tell a story. They can do all of the things specified previously in this discussion (by someone not me) to qualify as art.

Niji has consistently under manages there new branches under the assumption that "We're Nijisanji, biggest Vtuber company in japan, our name alone is enough advertisement", which is an approach that works in under developed markets where Niji are already a fairly well known name like the Indonesian and Chinese market, however that approach obviously won't work for EN since they already have HoloEN, Vshojo, and a massive Indie community to compete with.

The only person in Niji the average EOP will recognize is Macchia, which most people don't even know is a Niji. Niji never had a Haachama or Kiryu Coco to lead EOP charge, so Niji will have to generate all the hype themselves, which judging by their past record, and by their generally quiet approach thus far, they're probably not going to do. Then again they could just be staying quiet and saving the hype building for when they're in a position to debut.
