Well, the whole point of the 3D concert is for the girls to do some dancing, idol steps and all that, so of course, they are gonna do it. The best-case scenario is that they are renting a local studio that could be used on other occasions. Not sure how are they doing choreography with them being separated into different days of the fest though.
There were precedents of holos going to the concert first and doing a 3D debut later. As for it being behind a paywall, poorfags are only themselves to blame for being poor. And there is always an option to sail under the Jolly Rojer.
Or maybe they are going to do debut streams this month. Models have been finished a long time ago. If there is a solution to capturing outside of Japan, then there is no reason not to.

According to some of the JPs here as well as nenechi, it's actually toggleable! Hallelujah
Only a few JPs have been selected for a test run, and you have to be on a japanese IP to give or recieve gifted members
You have to be a member first to do it, since the gifting option replaces the "join membership" one in the "Show your support" tab below chat
So far there's no options for higher membership tiers, but that may only be because I can't find anyone who has multiple tiers active AND got in the beta rollout AND is live. The tier workaround is probably unnecessary if you can actually just turn it off anyway.
