1080p 60fps is standard high quality for streams and Youtube has this advantage over Twitch that its not locking encoding to lower quality for non-partners, so there's no risk of some poor soul being locked out of the stream because their internet cannot handle it.
Still, indie EN Vtubers on Twitch that are not partners and don't optimize their quality with people with less ideal connection in mind are pic related. And yes it's low quality wojakpost because they don't deserve more from me xd.

This current PC build by Tsukumo*(I assume heard she said that) also include an Avermedia PCIe capture card. Before that, she uses Algato to capture Switch video output.

I strongly believe she stream on OBS x264 CPU Encode, with at least 5000kbps. In her gaming stream especially at fast pace scene, the noise and drop of quality just too noticeable.
