I'm one of the folks that got filtered by Kiara.
Mostly it was the high pitched voice, which she insists on doing despite having a perfectly good regular voice.
I respect the decision, but I can't do anything about the fact that it grates my ears.
I still try to catch holotalk due to potential interesting info in the Q&A stuff that we might not have known about before (she has greatly improved her research methodology compared to early eps, where she would just ask questions that a typical clipfag would).

This post is old as shit, but fuck it. There's a few factors at play here, but the main one is plainly just accent. Kiara and Ina have obviously thick accents and as a result are at the bottom of their gen. Coco's bilingualism on the other hand clearly didn't affect her popularity at all, and was probably a main reason for it. The only other real issue is I think there might be a tendency to, correctly or incorrectly, appeal to other languages/regions with mixed results. Kiara's german fairy tales did fucking horrific numbers, they did so badly even she had to completely shelve the concept. Anya's JP streams, like the other anon pointed out, are probably a poor attempt at capturing another small audience and the results are predictable. Ina is probably correct to never ever do or even barely hint at speaking korean, unfortunately.
