It surprises me that Cover doesn't employ sound technicians to help the girls with the sound and mixing. Even the rattiest radio station generally has some nerd with a mixing board to adjust and do a sound check before going on air.
Cover just throwing a bunch of money at the girls, allowing them to source their own equipment and doing their own settings isn't a good policy. Problems like with some being louder than others, clipping and shit is bound to happen.

Unfortunately in short sound tests over-compressed and "brighter" signals can sound better to the lay person. She probably needs to adjust the placement of her mic, turn down the gain some, and ease up on the compressor. Currently it just absolutely squashes things in a way that accentuates the extreme part of her voice and makes things worse. Plus all the processing is done digitally inside the GoXLR so once it's clipped from her being loud it's going to remain clipped for all the processing. That's why it's really important to make sure she's not clipping going in with her dry signal, because you can compress and boost an unclipped dry signal for more volume but once it's clipped you're just trying to put shine on a junker.

I really think it's actually her strengths in her solo streams that can work against her in collabs.
In a solo stream she is very entertaining and often talks non-stop, does silly things and talks with the chat.
However in a collab with four other people this same kind of attitude can make her seem too loud and overbearing.
She just needs to tone down her energy a little and not feel like she needs to drive the conversation all the time, even

It's always hilarious seeing the change in reception to a stream overtime. Besides a few moments the UNO collab was well received until the SC reading where she refused to end and let people watch the VOD. Outside of this hell-hole it was even better received with the biggest criticism just being that the baby round went on too long and the poop thing. She certainly interrupted a bit too much but frankly I still think at least half of that is just the latency from discord. Painting UNO as some abomination collab which is a black mark on Kiara personally is only possible through complete revisionism and autism of the highest degree.

It is very common for introverts to do so when in larger groups. They can be perfectly sociable and downright charming when interacting with people on a two man basis because they pick up on what the other person feel and expect them to be and adapt accordingly.
