We already know how she reacts when a pal has to graduate due to shitty circumstances for them (Coco) and she's sworn before if Cover ever starts treating Hololive talent badly and fires them for poor reasons she's going to walk on it.

We know Rushia spoke to some JP dramamonger channel about her personal circumstances and Cover said in their initial starement about the discord fiasco they were looking into her leaking documents even then. Now that they have said she leaked somewhat more serious company info and other sensitive topics its celar that at a minimum she likely divulged details of her contract to the dramamonger as well, and possibly worse. We also know she sent personal DMs to her boggest gachis and seemingly kept records of them which is a no-no due to privacy concerns and more.

If Fubuki is outwardly taking this well then I believe Rushia fucked up during her menhera episode and said shit she shouldn't have, and whatever it was is bad enough that even her own genmates are at peace with her getting fired.
