I have one small issue with this rrat. Haven't there been times when Rushia accidentally showed her desktop due to OBS mistakes? Furthermore, this is also something that happens on phones during gacha (happened to Korone, I think). If Rushia wants to do this, then she could orchestrate it such that the "bully"'s message log just happens to show up when she gets sent to desktop and OBS picks it up. This method would be much safer, since she could actually fully control what the audience sees and doesn't have to worry about a random message showing up at the wrong time.
However, it could be that that's far too obvious to the point of seeming like a hit job, and that she was worried about her actions being too transparent. Additionally it's also possible she was worried that she might not be able to get the tech to fail properly.
