They live in an isolation chamber. I think most people have some respect for HoloEN but it gets boring when their only interactions are limited between 2 generations.
Iv personally moved on to NijiEN. More variety over there and I like how they invade each other's streams and chill.
I wish HoloEN would get involved with the outer community more. Despite the risk of leeches or whatever, I just want to see them interact with the other VTubers I like.

Nijisanji collabs shouldn't be seen as an issue as ID/JP has no issues. Vshojo should have been completely banned due to the yab club and their shitty audience, but omegatranny keeps on allowing them.

History revisionism. Anyone who's actually followed the Vtube scene would know that Kizuna Ai, Miko saying the gamer word, Fubuki Scatman, and the Legendary Coco all showed the large market for vtubers in the English speaking world. Because as a general rule of thumb, they have stalled their growth by not putting as much effort in the gig as time went on since they have no direct competition that threatens their lifestyle yet. Some exceptions of course but Sana brings this point center front and there's not enough growth and innovation from the ones that still does.

I respect them because they brought EN vtubers to a 'mainstream' audience, however I barely watch them anymore because their content these days is boring and sterile.

Switched my oshi from Myth to a NijiEN with no regrets. Also been starting to watch small corpos as well. But I do understand none of them would be around if it wasn't for Myth.

I never thought I would watch NijiEN but recently I have been.
HoloEN has been really stale lately and you can’t deny it. All of the HoloEN members are scared introverts. They never collab or do things together. And they barely play games lately.

In NijiEN there are small collabs pretty much every day and large collabs at least 1-2 times a week.
They actually seem like they like each other and have fun together. HoloEN collabs are like they just met each other the first time.

HoloEN 3rd gen better be packed with social people who can get things exciting.

the friday the 13th collab actually got me into nijisanji. Tried holo once only interesting talents imo were coco and ollie but now its kind of stale

Agree, Holo EN cant have a proper colab if Ame isnt present. Also the content is pretty repetitive even in colabs. I love Kronii and Irys but watching another prison break colab it gets old. Solo streams are just so predictable...One streams pokemon arceus, everyone even JP playing pokemon....I had more fun watching the worms niji colab yesterday than another Elden ring stream.

I used to love Holo but dropped them all except Kiara, only Kiara really seems to understand what it means to be a Hololive girl, the rest of them seem happy to just coast by or act like the vtubing equivalent of XQC.

Only Ame and maybe Mori deserve respect. The former because she at least tries to do some big events that bring everyone together and the latter since she's making music that isn't just covers. The rest are just doing what normal vtubers do already. No real reason to see them as anything other than average streamers.
