The main ideological difference between Tsunderia and Cyberlive is that Tsun and Slugma treats vtubing as a business (numbers matter, don't kid yourself), while CL tries too hard to be "the good company" and "be good towards the talents" even though their management and support are in shambles and their financial decisions make no sense like 4k streams and 3d avatars. While Fishman is more relaxed, he agrees with Slugma too.

As to who the bad guy is: PC and Tsun are the good companies and CL is the bad company in terms of both business operations and talent support.
Sakana, Urara, and Pippa are the protagonists while Lumi is the edgy rival and CL's management are the well-intentioned antagonists who do a lot more harm to themselves than others. Idol hasn't done anything bad yet that we know of so far but we'll see how they interact with the other small companies.
