To me, it's like watching dub anime.
There are some that are good but the majority of them just aren't as good as the original.

You can still get some kino moments with impromptu collabs or big arcs like Minecraft, but with how big Hololive and Vtubing has gotten, I feel like the girls are forced to play it safe because saying one wrong thing can cause months of anti activity or loss of sponsorships. Also there are probably fatigue in contents compared to when they first started out, where they are fucking around in MC server or doing drawing stream.
Consider 2020 where you have tons of streaming ideas and collabs like:
