What the hell even is "Twitch culture"? I watch more than a few Twitch streamers, and each chat has a different vibe/culture.
Are you just referring to the biggest of the biggest streamers and how their chat acts?

It sounds like a mix of post tumblr/4chan war newfags trying to bring poorly understood 4chan lingo into normie websites and underage normies that thought it was cool so they adopted it, so it spread.

I hate it, and I am so happy hololive decided to make their home on YouTube.

Imagine being forced to submit to some cringeass culture, or roped into some drama associated with that website.

On Youtube, they can fully establish their brand and culture, with a more cleaner neutral look to build upon than twitch's godawful garish purple and black combination.

twitch annoys the shit out of me.

Twitch culture is almost exclusively limited to twitch chat icons and abbreviations for twitch features.

Since those are not available outside of twitch and nobody would understand the reference if it gets used out of context, twitch culture doesn't exist outside of it.

The idea of a streaming meta has spread outside of Twitch however.

The way chat interaction is put on a pedestal on twitch and the way twitch chat feels the need to be "part of the product" is what I hate about twitch culture.
I want to watch the streamer interact with the game, on twitch it seems like most of the content is the interaction with chat. Twitch chat is filled with bottom tier humans, seriously what kind of subhuman brainlet actually writes comments on a live stream.
