ID2 also tried to stick to mostly bahasa when they were new. Sooner or later they'll make the jump to mostly-english.

Kobo isn't great at speaking it but doesn't realize that broken english is cute in its own way and that it works totally fine for her character, who knows really. Zeta can speak it really well, about the same as Reine (very light accent) so it's more arbitrary on her part, and Kaela already mostly speaks it.

For context Ollie was really bahasa-heavy when she was new, but her wanting more attention from other big names led her to more and more English usage because it's the biggest/most supportive audience but also the place where she gets the most attention from bigger senpai.
