Ollie's issue is that she overexposed herself while trying to appeal to normies before properly setting up her base. Her initial appeal was being that loud and annoying younger sister that you wanted to both headpat and strangle at the same time. Shit started going south the moment that she tried to set up shop outside the box ("wanting to break the rules", collabing with practically everyone under the sun which led to her getting pumped and dumped by some shady people). Moona on average tends to beat her a lot as long as Moona doesn't stream too many debuff games. It's kind of disappointing since she had so much potential when she started but now she's pretty much turned into just another side character
