I noticed during her RA3 stream earlier this week she had a lot of difficulty with multi-tasking and micromanagement. RA3 was built around special unit abilities (they pushed it HARD during the tutorial and early missions, to force players to get used to using them) Lumi would virtually never touch them except in situations where you had no choice but to use them to progress, and the mission explicitly said as such. Instead she would keep trying to brute-force her way through missions, effectively handicapping herself by not using abilities as the game intended... which might be why she kept failing missions over and over again.

Maybe Lumi isn't great at multi-tasking (remembering and using special abilities, on top of managing the battlefield itself). Or maybe we just underestimate how much of a multitasking burden streaming while playing a game is already, so adding a third layer might overwhelm her. Either way, I can see somewhat simpler 4X games like Endless Space being a better fit for her than the 4X micromanagement hell of most Paradox Studios games.

I doubt it's audible for anyone here and honestly I understand, but the reality is much more complicated and would need you to accept how the same can look incredibly different from different angles and both angle not be completely wrong, so wall of text incoming

First Lumi herself is way too busy and trying to handle everything to even have the time to be some doxschizo Villainess, between her long ass streams, being an student, learning new songs, doing cover and originals, helping her juniors, it was revealed with the recent firing that she was even doing all the work of CL's manager (misaki I think? idk) on top of it, and now going indie... she really has 0 reason for this, if she had 20 viewers you could have an argument but here it would be wastting time she has no on completely useless stuff, more likely detrimental. There is no motive.

But in that kind of position the most valuable thing you can have is people close to you that you trust, extremely hard to find, often mostly people from you met before being more well known
Sei he's always been (at least in appearance) the opposite of what wvt know him for, he has been helping Lumi since before she was lumi and always in the clear.

It goes all the way back to Kiki's past on r9k sending 2 people in prison on fake charges and still being underage to this day ,to her dating VIrial and lying and manipulating him to get benefits whih include the collab with Lumi/Pippa ashortly after her debut which gave birth to the infamous collab discord where Virial later revealed that Kiki lied to him and he was underage and severley mentally ill, to much later when Menace chose to use those logs when she was trying to get Sei banned from their circles since simply being outed as doxxer and insane schizo spamme was not enough for him to be worried, although he left only in appearance which prompted Menace to leak it in public like in /pyon/ and slowly forming a circle of people she swould trust against Lumi and posting about her "schizo mods" in wvt, while Kiki was made aware of Menace activity and spotting her in her thread and mentioned her, to end with Lumi confronting CL's staff with no satisfactory answer and thus decidig to leave with the few people she would trust. I'm heavily summarizing though of course.

if you can sing and dance like panda knowing japanese and having a japanese residence are huge advantage points over plenty candidates, streaming experience is also there and passable, others in Hololive managed to get in with around the same viewership and even less experience because of stuff like exactly that, speaking japanese.
