I think Kiara just felt shocked that Mori was acting so grumpy because the vacation was really important for her and she started becoming afraid of Mori not holding her in the same regard. This was quickly resolved though and Kiara and Mori had some good moments in the stream right after where they talked about the trip. I think its important to note that Mori is more shy and autistic about being really personal like that with other people on stream than Kiara is. She does care about her a lot, maybe she is even more dependent on Kiara than Kiara is on her too, considering she even asked Kiara to stay in Japan, despite knowing how important it was for Kiara to go back home. I think its unfair to act like Mori is autistic all the time. For some unknown reason, every time Mori plays up Takamori, Kiara never seems to notice. Like how she did not hear her say "you're cute and fun and I like you" in the Way Out collab or how she never even noticed Mori was jealous during the christmas Minecraft collab. Its also important to remember that private Mori and streamer Mori are different. Whenever Mori lets her guard down on stream with Kiara its very easy to see that they are very comfortable around each other. From what Kiara said, she is also somewhat clingy and touchy. She said she gets a hug every time they meet, they often hold hands together, etc. Mori edited Kiara's MV, was always there for her in Japan and they were always consuting each other, she took Kiara on a vacation mostly payed by her, made them matching mementos so they could always remember each other and asked Kiara to stay in Japan with her and is eager to see her come back, even offering her house for Kiara to stay in. This is also something that we're able to see in a lot of their streams together, specially off collabs. I think the fact that they're not perfect also just makes me feel like they are more real and have an organic relationship. I don't think I will ever see a moment as great and raw as Kiara breaking down crying while singing "leaving on a jet plane" and Mori hugging her, crying and being sweet to her dear friend.
