Ame is professional in a sense that she knows how to handle yabs well, and is generally very good at avoiding them. She has gone yab-free for months now.
Ame doesn't overdo it with her vulgar, and keeps it at a good balance where she can playfully tease chat without acting like complete bitch/whore.
Ame wrangles her chat well, and knows how to handle backseaters. In particular, her Elden Ring streams feature one of the most behaved Chats I've seen, which is genuinely impressive considering the notoriety of Fromfags.
Ame is competent at video games and has good game sense, to the point where she often abuses game mechanics to make entertaining stream moments (see Oblivion playthrough).
And most of all, Ame is a creative powerhouse who continuously pushes the boundaries when it comes to 3D. All of HoloEN's large 3D collabs exist thanks to Ame. Her influence has even inspired her genmates: Gura being a good example with her organizing the recent April Fools collab using Ame's Ametaverse. Kiara, being another example with her Idol Bootcamp streams using.
HoloEN wouldn't be the same without Ame, and everyone in Myth knows it.
