i joined the site when /hlgg/ split off from /hlg/ . i'm pretty much ancient as far as this board is concerned.

I started using 4chan in 2012, managed to finally quit in 2016 but vtubers brought me back, that's the only thing I use this place for now

I started on a libertarian forum. Then went to stormfront. Then to /pol/. They told me I should go to /b/, so I hung out there for a while. Then I found /r9k/ and /int/. Which got me back into /pol/. From there I went to /a/ and and /sci/. I clicked on /jp/ a few times. I was on /vt/ in time to see post #1. One of the posts under 1000 is me.

Got into /b/ in late 2006, then a year later /a/ as my main board, also /jp/, /vg/ and other boards, but I was unaware of vtubers until someone mentioned (before HoloMyth debut) that nyanners was on twitch.
I got curious because of nostalgia (despite the shitstorms that happened with her a decade before) so I checked her out, watched a few streams and she raided vtubers after finishing her streams so I learned about this shit.
Found /hlgg/, watched the Myth debuts etc. Now I watch a bit of everything, holos, nijis, indies, small corpos...

/vt/ being both a containment board and a newfag entryway disgusts me, but it can't be helped...

Started on /a/ in 2011 and pretty much stayed there exclusively with occasional trips to /tg/ for CYOA threads after it was banned on /a/. Got into vtubers in 2020 which made me stop watching anime so I started browsing on /jp/ and switched to /vt/ after it was made.
