The anime aesthetic is nice and I like it a lot, but anime in general is garbage, not just in writing but in production. So much of anime is some weird fever dream of increasing power levels and meaningless fights where nobody ever fucking dies but you're supposed to take it seriously, and then there are comedy series where it's just little girls sitting around doing the same joke over and over. The last anime I watched that I really liked was Eizouken, so I guess I like coming of age stuff with an artsy-fartsy twist, but even then I notice things like uninspired animation and boring plot lines.

I like American TV and cartoons, I like tokusatsu and Japanese game shows, and I like big boobs from all countries. I only watch western vtubers, and it's because it's like watching a Japanese game show live but with an english speaker and big boobas.

I'm not sure where there money comes from outside superchats, but there's indies of similar size and even a bit smaller than some of the tsunderia girls making significantly more and with no overhead the same way a small company does, legit just stream and pay your taxes. Yuuna is just the one I see that's making way more than the average. You may be right though, like I said I'm sure there's some kind of sponsor money to be had as well.

Currently, I prefer Live2D models. I find they're more expressive and I connect with the chuubas a lot more.
