Usually I can get a read on someone's behavior after some time, but she is good at hiding it.
She has something strong enough to drive her towards her current goal, but also an experience to keep her ego and greed in check?

If she had more of ambition, she would have left for Hololive and could have reached a bigger audience and make more money.

Hololive is ran by a group of sociopaths who have no care about their vtubers and use them as meat shields when the management fucks up.

I’m not of a high opinion of Hololive either but Re:AcT has their bunch of issues. Funnily no one knows exactly what’s wrong, retired vtubers keep quiet but Re:AcT’s turnover is just not normal, even considering that many people would probably leave a company if they weren’t able to find success in 2-3 years. There are many examples of their vtubers who left the company and are now much better off being indies or in other companies. It means that the company is at least in some fault, they failed to help the girls grow or maybe even obstructed it with their decisions.
