Just make it by batches then for every month, there's is an alternate version of holos playing a role. For example, in the month of may, gen 1 was given parallel versions of themselves. FBK would act as her black counterpart for over a month, do collabs with other gen members and Haachama would be in her angel "do not fear" form. If a month is too long, then just a week, but make it so that it'll appear once in a month for special gimmick streams. Rigging would be the expensive part, so just outsource it or commission it from average-tier riggers who wants to make a name for themselves.

I don’t think it would go to such extremes but it just cheapens the whole concept of alternative outfits.
