You could say Pochimaru is multitalented. Beside doing living out from drawing, she is good with singing.

She did do some drawing streams without face camera, just desktop capture, before Hololive was a thing outside Japan. Few of those streams are still watchable in her Youtube channel.
Unlike Tomari (who designed Shishiro Botan's look), she seems to keep that 3D avatar as her alter ego for eternity. Haven't found any public appereance from Pochi since she started to work with 2016. She was part of few public events (most like from publisher) but those were just conference call style of voip appereances.

As for how she feels about it, it's pretty obviously that she likes it because she's deliberately streaming during EOP hours in the early morning. If wanted to focus on a japanese audience, she'd stream when everyone isn't at work.

I'm watching the collab now, Pochi super got quiet into the first investigation, at least in the early parts I've seen so far. It's cute, though. She seems quite introverted, but I'm sure insecurities with her ability to communicate in English also played a hand here. Does she at least warm up later on? I'd feel bad if she kept being a wall flower of the collab because she's running blank on how to compose her thoughts into English.

It is an interesting thing to see her get so shy, though.
