I think you are right. I was considering adding some sort of posh feel to it, but I think that might be better expressed with light roleplaying. The accent might be already helping in giving it and underdark kind of feel to it. It's been slow going but the best thing for me has been finding a good vtuber family and community. I also have my own vtuber kids now, so between them all I have like a group of 50 people I get along with really well. I do overwork myself somewhat for them all, but they're all good people.

A good trick is finding a mascot for yourself. People might not remember your full size model well but get yourself a mascot and people will remember you more easily. I got a scuffed looking chibi and when I mentioned my eventual rebranding I had people get upset over the potential loss of it.

Outside of "This person is funny" or "This person fulfills X fetish" or "This person is comfy" (just to use a few simpler examples), almost no one is really providing any value or content that any other streamer or chuuba isn't. Sorry, I phrased that super poorly. I meant that Furry 3D modelers are a lot easier to find because it's easier to learn in general than normal human ones. That''s part of why there's so many in comparison. It may be different for JP "kemono" style stuff, but having known people who can do both normal and furry and just furry, furry is leaps and bounds easier to make look good than a human because it's got a lot more leeway in terms of proportions and facial blendshapes aren't as difficult to make look good in comparison.
